I was able to get one working, sadly due to my limited knowledge of pygame I couldn't get the images to load. Aside from that it works just fine on Windows with pyinstaller.
It works just as fine as it probably would on mac, I have used the Wikipedia module in the past and it is just as jank as it usually is. Any bug that would be there would be fault of the Wikipedia module and not you, aside from that it is a very nice program!

Is there any way you could port it to windows?
I'm trying to, but I'm also working on other projects at the moment, so I can't say when. But I'm still going to do it eventually.

Nice! The images not loading could be my fault, because maybe the source files aren't good. Does the tool work? Are there any bugs or suggestions?
